Hey beautiful souls for those that don’t know me My name is Vivica Smith , and I am born and raised in Memphis and it’s where I currently reside. I'm a Full Spectrum Doula, Placenta Encapsulator, Prenatal & Postnatal Exercise Trainer, Model, Business Promotor, Event Host and so much more. I made this blog to educate, guide, hold space for women, and have a space where information can be shared and discussed in confidence.

This space is to help us support one another , and to meet people around the world, and to present the opportunities I offer my friends and family. I’m 25 years old and I’ll be 26 in April which makes me a Taurus. I love collaborating with like minded women and love helping anyone in anyway I can.

I love to eat, sing, travel, being a doula and teaching women about their bodies and really everything I do business wise. I’m very spiritual. I get into my chakras meditating and I’m also practicing my mediumship as well.
