At Rhaine’s Holistic Haven, each order is prepared with care, intention, and attention to quality. Please review our shipping and return policies below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Because many of our herbal products are handcrafted in small batches, some orders may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship through FedEx with estimated delivery times of 2–5 business days after shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses are outside of our control.

 

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us immediately at vivicasmith@rhainesholistichaven.com

  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

 

 

Rhaine’s Holistic Haven is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost:

  1. Check your tracking information

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. Reach out to us for additional support if needed

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on:

  • Herbal products

  • Supplements

  • Teas

  • Oils

  • Tinctures

  • Personalized wellness items

  • Digital products and ebooks

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review each situation individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.

 

 

 

 

 

Digital Products

All digital purchases, including ebooks, guides, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.
