Welcome to Rhaine’s Holistic Haven. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

 

 

1. Overview

 

 

Rhaine’s Holistic Haven provides herbal wellness products, holistic nutrition guidance, doula services (virtual and in-person), and spiritual offerings including placenta encapsulation and ritual support. These services are rooted in ancestral knowledge, holistic practice, and personal empowerment — they do not replace medical care.

 

 

 

2. 

Bookings & Cancellations

 

 

To reserve any service (doula care, placenta encapsulation, holistic nutrition, etc.), a non-refundable retainer fee is required at booking. This secures your place on our calendar.

 

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may forfeit that session.

• If we must reschedule due to unforeseen events, we’ll notify you promptly and make reasonable accommodations.

 

 

 

 

3. 

Shipping & Fulfillment

 

 

Our herbal products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing. Once shipped, tracking will be provided via email.

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by third-party carriers.

 

 

 

4. Refund Policy

 

 

Due to the personal nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Exceptions may be made for damaged or incorrect items reported within 3 days of delivery. Services and retainers are non-refundable once booked.

 

 

 

5. Product Use Disclaimer

 

 

Our herbal blends, teas, oils, salves, supplements, and any other products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before using any herbal product, especially during pregnancy, while nursing, or if you have a medical condition.

 

Client use of products is voluntary and at their own discretion.

 

 

 

6. Spiritual & Ritual Services Disclaimer

 

 

Our spiritual offerings — including sigils, rituals, ancestral practices, and energetic work — are provided for cultural, spiritual, and educational purposes. These are not a substitute for licensed therapy, legal advice, or medical care.

 

Participation is voluntary and outcomes are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

7. Placenta Encapsulation Services

 

 

Our placenta services are performed following safe handling protocols and respect for the sacred nature of birth. Encapsulation is not regulated by the FDA and is a personal wellness choice.

 

Clients are responsible for providing proper storage and transportation of their placenta. We do not assume liability for outcomes resulting from placenta ingestion.

 

 

 

8. Holistic Nutrition Disclaimer

 

 

Rhaine’s Holistic Haven provides wellness-based nutritional guidance rooted in ancestral practices, food energetics, and herbal support. These services are educational and not a replacement for licensed medical or dietetic care.

 

Clients are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before making changes to their diet, especially if pregnant, postpartum, or managing chronic illness.

 

By participating in holistic nutrition services, clients accept full responsibility for their health decisions.

All content on this website, including logos, product names, artwork, text, and materials, is the property of Rhaine’s Holistic Haven. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without written permission.

 

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

13. Client Contracts & Service Agreements

 

 

Certain services — including but not limited to doula support, placenta encapsulation, and holistic nutrition plans — may require a separate client contract or service agreement.

 

By booking these services, clients agree to review and sign any applicable contracts prior to the start of services. These agreements outline the scope of work, payment terms, responsibilities, and specific policies related to the chosen package.
