Service Description
This brief follow-up session is designed to support you approximately 14 days after beginning your herbal protocol. During this check-in, we’ll review how your body is responding to the herbs, discuss any shifts you’ve noticed, and determine whether small adjustments or continued support feel aligned. This session is ideal for clients who want gentle guidance without committing to ongoing care. No new protocols are introduced unless appropriate. This brief check-in helps me understand how your body has been responding to your herbal support over the past two weeks. There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer honestly and based on what you’ve noticed so far. This session does not replace medical care and is educational in nature.
Cancellation Policy
24hrs for services except birthing bundles If you cancel doula services after entering this agreement but prior to six weeks before your estimated due date, your $150.65 retainer will be forfeited and nothing more will be owed. Cancellation of services within six weeks of your estimated due date will result in a $400.65 total charge. In the event that circumstances beyond anyone’s control that prevent your doula from attending your birth, such as rapid labor or medical emergency, the above “cancellation” policy will apply and the total due within one week following the birth will be 300.65. If a doula does not attend your birth as a result of your failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, the full balance of $400.50 will be due within one week following the birth.
