Service Description
The Herbal Protocol Session is a structured, personalized session designed to support your wellness goals through traditional herbal education and guidance. During this session, we review your intake information, discuss current patterns, and explore herbal approaches that may support balance and overall well-being. Guidance may include short-term herbal plans, general dosage education, timing considerations, and safe combinations based on traditional herbal use. This session is ideal for clients seeking clear, intentional direction with herbal support rather than general guidance. This service is educational in nature and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Herbal recommendations are not a substitute for medical care.
Cancellation Policy
24hrs for services except birthing bundles If you cancel doula services after entering this agreement but prior to six weeks before your estimated due date, your $150.65 retainer will be forfeited and nothing more will be owed. Cancellation of services within six weeks of your estimated due date will result in a $400.65 total charge. In the event that circumstances beyond anyone’s control that prevent your doula from attending your birth, such as rapid labor or medical emergency, the above “cancellation” policy will apply and the total due within one week following the birth will be 300.65. If a doula does not attend your birth as a result of your failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, the full balance of $400.50 will be due within one week following the birth.
