Service Description
Herbal consultations are offered for educational and informational purposes only. Follow-up communication outside the scheduled session is not included. This service provides general herbal education and product guidance within a scheduled, structured session. It does not include medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Includes: • Discussion of general wellness goals • Educational information about herbs and products • Guidance on product categories and usage considerations Does Not Include: • Medical advice or diagnosis • Emergency or crisis support • Ongoing messaging outside the session • Custom formulations unless explicitly stated Access: Consultations are offered by scheduled booking only. Availability is limited. This session does not include a written herbal protocol or ongoing adjustments. Clients needing a structured herbal plan may be guided toward a Herbal Protocol Session.
Cancellation Policy
24hrs for services except birthing bundles If you cancel doula services after entering this agreement but prior to six weeks before your estimated due date, your $150.65 retainer will be forfeited and nothing more will be owed. Cancellation of services within six weeks of your estimated due date will result in a $400.65 total charge. In the event that circumstances beyond anyone’s control that prevent your doula from attending your birth, such as rapid labor or medical emergency, the above “cancellation” policy will apply and the total due within one week following the birth will be 300.65. If a doula does not attend your birth as a result of your failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, the full balance of $400.50 will be due within one week following the birth.
