Service Description
Applied as credit toward your package upon booking This required intake session is the first step before booking any placenta encapsulation service at Rhaine’s Holistic Haven. During this session, we will walk through the encapsulation process, review your birth plan and health history, confirm eligibility, discuss preparation steps, and answer any questions you may have. This consultation ensures that you are fully informed and prepared before your service begins. Your $65 consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your encapsulation package upon booking. This session is for informational and planning purposes only. Placenta encapsulation is a personal wellness choice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Please consult your healthcare provider before proceeding. Before you book any service you must schedule a consultation first. Within this consultation it will be an 1 hour conversation where we get acquainted with each other and see if we meet each others expectations. *The time duration may not last that long but I always leave space for extra time if needed. It may be just a survey or it'll be a survey and a zoom call.
Cancellation Policy
24hrs for services except birthing bundles If you cancel doula services after entering this agreement but prior to six weeks before your estimated due date, your $150.65 retainer will be forfeited and nothing more will be owed. Cancellation of services within six weeks of your estimated due date will result in a $400.65 total charge. In the event that circumstances beyond anyone’s control that prevent your doula from attending your birth, such as rapid labor or medical emergency, the above “cancellation” policy will apply and the total due within one week following the birth will be 300.65. If a doula does not attend your birth as a result of your failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, the full balance of $400.50 will be due within one week following the birth.
