Service Description
Includes capsules + umbilical cord resin keepsake Honor your postpartum recovery with our Premium Placenta Encapsulation Package a thoughtfully prepared service designed to support your body’s natural transition after birth. Your placenta is carefully handled using a clean, intentional process that includes thorough cleaning, dehydration, grinding, and encapsulation into easy-to-take capsules. This Package Includes: • Placenta encapsulation (capsule preparation) • Umbilical cord keepsake — custom shaped, fully dried, and set in resin with gold accents as a lasting keepsake from your birth experience Processing time is 24 to 48 hours after the placenta is received and assessed as suitable for processing. A completed consultation and intake form are required prior to booking. Failure to complete required steps may result in cancellation. Placenta encapsulation is a personal wellness choice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. NOTE***** YOU MUST book a consultation and fill out the placenta encapsulation consultation survey prior to booking this service failure to do so will result in a full refund****
Cancellation Policy
24hrs for services except birthing bundles If you cancel doula services after entering this agreement but prior to six weeks before your estimated due date, your $150.65 retainer will be forfeited and nothing more will be owed. Cancellation of services within six weeks of your estimated due date will result in a $400.65 total charge. In the event that circumstances beyond anyone’s control that prevent your doula from attending your birth, such as rapid labor or medical emergency, the above “cancellation” policy will apply and the total due within one week following the birth will be 300.65. If a doula does not attend your birth as a result of your failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, the full balance of $400.50 will be due within one week following the birth.
