Service Description
Rhaine’s Gentle Guidance is a virtual birth support experience designed for families who want compassionate, informed guidance throughout pregnancy and the early postpartum period from wherever they are. Through secure video sessions via Zoom or FaceTime, Vivica will walk alongside you with personalized care, practical preparation, and steady support as you prepare for birth and new parenthood. This Experience Includes: • 2 prenatal video calls (60–90 minutes each) • Meal and nutrition planning guidance for pregnancy and postpartum • Personalized birth preferences plan • Text support Monday–Friday during business hours • 1 postpartum check-in video call This service is for informational, educational, and wellness support purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Cancellation Policy
24hrs for services except birthing bundles If you cancel doula services after entering this agreement but prior to six weeks before your estimated due date, your $150.65 retainer will be forfeited and nothing more will be owed. Cancellation of services within six weeks of your estimated due date will result in a $400.65 total charge. In the event that circumstances beyond anyone’s control that prevent your doula from attending your birth, such as rapid labor or medical emergency, the above “cancellation” policy will apply and the total due within one week following the birth will be 300.65. If a doula does not attend your birth as a result of your failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, the full balance of $400.50 will be due within one week following the birth.
