Service Description
Rhaine’s Sacred Support is a deeper virtual birth experience for families seeking more personalized preparation, spiritual grounding, and continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. This experience goes beyond foundational guidance to provide intentional birth planning, partner preparation, virtual labor support, and postpartum healing resources — all delivered with care and presence through secure video sessions. This Experience Includes: • 3 prenatal video calls (60–90 minutes each) • Optional partner preparation call • Meal and nutrition planning guidance • Personalized birth plan creation with guided labor visualization ritual • Virtual on-call labor support beginning at 37 weeks • 24/7 text and email support during the labor window • Postpartum healing support guide • Text support Monday–Friday during business hours • 1 postpartum check-in video call This service is for informational, educational, and wellness support purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cancellation Policy
24hrs for services except birthing bundles If you cancel doula services after entering this agreement but prior to six weeks before your estimated due date, your $150.65 retainer will be forfeited and nothing more will be owed. Cancellation of services within six weeks of your estimated due date will result in a $400.65 total charge. In the event that circumstances beyond anyone’s control that prevent your doula from attending your birth, such as rapid labor or medical emergency, the above “cancellation” policy will apply and the total due within one week following the birth will be 300.65. If a doula does not attend your birth as a result of your failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, the full balance of $400.50 will be due within one week following the birth.
