We’re excited for you to receive your order! All purchases are processed within 5–9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.

    •    Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day.

    •    Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.

    •    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or text with your tracking information.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10–15 business days, please reach out directly to the designated shipping carrier, or contact us if additional support is needed.

 

Local Pickup Available:

If your item is in stock, local pickup is typically available by the next business day.

 

Local Delivery Pricing (2-Day Delivery):

    •    $15 – Raleigh, Bartlett, Cordova, Arlington, Lakeland

    •    $15–$20 – East Memphis, South Memphis, Whitehaven/Oakhaven, Collierville
